The Discraft Elite-Z MRV is a now-retired midrange disc designed to challenge the Innova Roc’s dominance in the 2000s. With a neutral-to-slightly-overstable flight and reliable finish, the MRV was built for controlled midrange drives, touchy hyzer shots, and forehand approaches. Though it never reached the popularity of the Roc, the MRV earned a loyal following for its consistency and clean release. Molded in Discraft’s ultra-durable Elite-Z plastic, the MRV could take a beating and keep its flight shape for many rounds. Eventually replaced by the more popular Wasp, the MRV remains a nostalgic gem for collectors and throwback bag builds.
