Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

To Initiate a Return or Exchange, Please Contact us at Flexlinediscs@gmail.com within 14 days of Receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Items must be in original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or altered (not due to our error) will not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

Please Note:

Minor Variations in weight, color, swirl patterns, and plastic appearance (such as color shifts or marbling) are normal and expected due to manufacturing processes and lighting differences in photography. These characteristics are inherent to the disc manufacturing process and do not constitute defects. As such, they are not valid reasons for return or exchange. These natural cosmetic differences make each disc unique and do not affect performance.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
