Processing Time
We pack all orders same day as purchased within our business hours. All orders are then shipped next morning. This can be affected by holidays.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer flat rate shipping of 5 dollars. Anything over 50 dollars gets free shipping.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select and your location. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 business days, while UPS Ground can take 3-7 business days. Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your account on our website.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take care to package all orders carefully to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at flexlinediscs@gmail.com so we can assist you.
In the rare event that your package is lost during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
