The Innova Duo Fox is one of those sneaky-good understable mids that makes you feel like you suddenly learned touch overnight.
Out of the hand, it has that clean, comfortable midrange feel without any weird rim drama, no “why does this feel like a dinner plate?” moment. The real magic is how effortlessly it shapes lines. On a gentle hyzer, it pops up to flat and glides forever. Give it a little more height and it will hold a smooth, buttery turnover without panicking and dumping out early. It’s the kind of disc that turns because you asked it to, not because it woke up angry.
Where it really shines is controlled distance with minimal effort. If you’re building confidence with hyzer-flips, learning to hit tight gaps, or you just want a mid that can carve woods lines without needing full power, the Duo Fox is money.
